“I’ve also got a Roomba i5+ Combo, and I honestly prefer this Shark by quite a bit. The mapping is really accurate, it stays off the rugs when it’s mopping, and the no-go zones are such a handy feature. I also like how easy it is to set different rooms to clean at different times, and because the water tank and dust bin are so big, I barely have to think about emptying or refilling them.”
-
“Since we got this Shark, my wife and I have stopped arguing over whose turn it is to clean 😂 Now she puts her feet up, the robot gets on with it… and I still somehow take the credit. It does a brilliant job, gets around the furniture really well and pretty much looks after the floors on its own. Genuinely one of the best things we’ve bought for the house.”
-
“Absolutely love this Shark! It vacuums and mops brilliantly, it’s really quiet, and I can pretty much leave it to get on with everything itself. The heated mop and automatic cleaning features are brilliant — I just use my phone and it sorts the rest.”
-
“Really impressed with this 2-in-1! It’s perfect for keeping on top of the floors between proper cleans, and the self-emptying and refilling make life so much easier. The mapping takes a little while at first, but once it’s set up, the app is really straightforward and it handles both hard floors and carpets well.”
-
“It looks and feels premium, cleans brilliantly and pretty much takes care of itself by emptying, refilling and cleaning the mop. The app is easy to use, it handles both hardwood floors and rugs really well, and honestly, we barely reach for the handheld vacuum anymore.”
-
“I’ve tried a couple of robot vacuums before, but this Shark is on another level. It cleans really well, handles pet hair with no trouble and barely ever gets stuck. The self-emptying, mop washing and heat-drying are brilliant too — it genuinely feels like something you can just set up and leave to get on with it.”
The Shark Matrix Plus 2-in-1 Self-Empty Robot Vacuum and Mop combines suction power, sonic mopping, and self-emptying for a complete clean from start to finish. First, it’s a powerful whole home vacuum on carpets and floors that empties its own dustbin. Second, it’s a powerful vacuum that sonic mops hard floors at the same time. No cleaning detail is missed with corner and edge cleaning, a self-cleaning brush-roll for pet hair, and bagless base with Anti-Allergen Complete seal.

What our customers say
Real homes, real floors, real results.
“How did I not buy one sooner! Love the fact that he is keeping my house clean and free from most cat hair. Obviously doesn't replace the need for me to clean behind objects that it cannot access but has made my life so much easier. Now I don't have to stress about the house looking messy”

“I haven’t mapped it yet properly as we have builders in but the cleans it has done upstairs are phenomenal. It gets into corners brilliantly and is fantastic if you have pets. My floors have never been so clean and free of pet hair. It’s a great investment particularly for me as I have mobility and other health issues which makes it difficult for me to use/carry a normal vacuum. It was missing a mop pad when it arrived and I emailed customer services and received the missing pad within 5 days, great customer service.”

“I recently received the Shark Matrix 2-in-1 Self-Empty Robot Vacuum for free, and I am absolutely thrilled with it! From the moment it arrived, I knew this was going to be a game changer for my home cleaning routine. I’ve even named it “Sharkie,” and I’ve become quite attached to this little powerhouse of a vacuum. One of the first things that struck me was how sleek and modern Sharkie looks. The design is both stylish and functional, fitting seamlessly into my home. But beyond its good looks, what really impressed me were the features and performance of this robot vacuum.”

“My wife loves her new Shark and that makes me happy. Our first Shark was an iron maybe 20 years ago and have been a fan of the brand ever since. You have to download the app to get started but it's very intuitive and straightforward. Naming our bot was the most difficult part. We settled on Baby Shark of course because we have four kids. Anyway, Baby Shark is very thorough with both dry and wet cleaning.”
